Brandon Jordan Brown is a 2014 PEN America Emerging Voices Fellow, winner of the 2016 Orison Anthology Poetry Prize, a scholarship recipient from The Sun, and a former PEN in the Community poetry instructor.

Brandon is a frequent collaborator on hybrid-media projects with filmmakers, composers, and artists across the United States. Brandon’s poetry-film, “XOXO,” was a 2018 selection at Cadence: A Video Poetry Festival in Seattle, WA. Born in Birmingham, Alabama, he currently lives in Portland, Oregon.
