Brandon Jordan Brown is a PEN Center USA Emerging Voices Fellow, winner of the 2016 Orison Anthology Poetry Prize, a scholarship recipient from The Sun, and a former PEN in the Community poetry instructor. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in Radar PoetryGristScalawagBorderlands: Texas Poetry ReviewForklift, OhioWinter Tangerine ReviewDay One and elsewhere. Brandon has collaborated on hybrid-media projects with recording artists, composers, and filmmakers across the United States. Born in Birmingham, Alabama, he currently lives in Portland, Oregon.
